1. Why outsource to Assemco?

To put it simply, by outsourcing to Assemco you are able to reduce your overall costs and spend more time focusing resources on core areas of your organisation such as development and sales. 3. How big is Assemco?

Since 1996 Assemco has grown from a small operation with 6 employees, to now operating out of 4 factories with over 50 employees. Our business model is set up in a way that we are able to expand and acquire more staff quickly and easily when we take on new projects.

Assemco has formed working partnerships with a wide range of small and large sized companies in several industries. Some of our long term customers include Kenworth Trucks, JD MacDonald, All Power and Sayfa.

5. Why should I outsource to Assemco and not Asia?

Outsourcing to Asian countries is generally regarded as a cheaper option. The reason for this is that in Asian countries the cost of living is less which means that wages are less and the prices of materials are less. There is however disadvantages of outsourcing to companies' outside of Australia, including:

Finding the right company, and setting up the initial contract can be quite difficult.
Quality standards can be compromised.
Communication issues can arise due to the language barrier.
Logistics can be difficult.
Australian Jobs are moved offshore resulting is a higher unemployment rate and a weaker Australian economy.
