The ASSEMCO culture, since 1996

Our emphasis on continual improvement and the development of our people, are our core undertakings for delivering on - and exceeding - the expectations of our customers.

A primary quest, within the culture, is for performance benchmarks and for attaining process proficiency. The future will continue to bring development of best practice models and mastery of them.

Innovation came at 'birth', in 1996, for ASSEMCO. The three founding corporate partners are INNOVATORS.

Our focus is on serving our customers with dedication and efficiency. Our commitment is to World's Best Practice in the supply and assembly of products to customer requirement.

In order to meet that commitment in our mission statement, we must have the asset that maximises all the benefits that, we say, outsourcing delivers.

That Asset is AMC

At Assemco, all areas of the manufacturing facility are managed by hands on leaders. They are committed to the charter and passionate about positive outcomes. When they come together, they are a committee.

AMC meets weekly and 'by project'. It pushes the graph in the direction of the arrow.

The AMC was set up to guide the quest for employee and systems excellence. The AMC has a shared responsibility for managing the factory and its KPIs.

ASSEMCO's Success has been based on its ability to deliver component assembly and supply services at a cost and quality standard more attractive than may be achieved by customers' internal manufacture. A highly skilled and flexible workforce allows for virtually any type of assembly to be undertaken. Our production design staff are committed to establishing the most cost efficient methods whilst supporting our customers' high quality requirements.
